My approach

Body, awareness and a clear direction.

I combine Somatic Experiencing® and Gestalt therapy with a warm, direct way of working. The aim is not endless talking, but change you can feel — and use in your life.

Where explanation ends, the work begins.

Many people already understand their patterns. They can explain where they come from — and still feel stuck. Insight matters, but it often isn’t enough on its own.

That is why my work pays attention to what is happening right now: in the body, in your emotions, and in the way you meet yourself and others. This is where change becomes tangible.

In a session

A session can move between talking, sensing and seeing.

There is no fixed script. We follow what is alive for you — and I bring in the body whenever it can help.

Naming

You describe a situation, a conflict, a decision or a mood — in your own words.

Sensing

Attention moves to breath, tension, impulses, numbness or activation, and to what helps you settle.

Finding the next step

A boundary, a conversation, a decision — or simply a new way of staying present.

“The work is gentle enough to be safe — and precise enough to create movement.”
