Leaders & executives · on request

Psychotherapy for leaders who carry pressure quietly.

A confidential space for people who hold responsibility — for decisions, teams and results — and want to understand what that pressure does inside them.

Leadership pressure

High functioning can hide a high internal cost.

Leaders are often trained to stay composed, clear and available. But composure can turn into isolation when there is no private place to feel, question or digest what is being carried.

This work is not performance coaching. It is psychotherapy with the person behind the role — the one who decides, contains, responds and carries consequences, often long after the meeting has ended.

Common themes

What leaders often bring.

Decision fatigue

A constant need to evaluate and decide can wear down clarity — and the nervous system.

Composure with a cost

Staying calm on the outside while feeling little or too much on the inside.

Power and trust

Leadership intensifies relationships: expectation, dependency, conflict and loneliness.

The person behind the role

Separating self-worth from performance without losing responsibility.

Stress that stays in the body

Activation that does not switch off in the evening, on holiday or at night.

Leading from regulation

Listening, deciding and handling conflict from a steadier inner place.

Not coaching. Not image management. Psychotherapy.

Coaching often focuses on goals and performance. Psychotherapy looks at what lies underneath: stress responses, old patterns, the body’s way of coping and the relationships that shape you. The result is rarely a quick fix — but it tends to last.

Discretion is part of the frame. Online sessions can make it easier to fit the work into a demanding calendar, and in-person sessions in Łódź offer a room away from the office.

Possible formats

Structured to fit real life.

Offered on request and agreed individually.

Clarity session

One focused 60-minute conversation to understand the central pressure point, pattern or decision conflict.

Short intensive

A compact series of sessions around one theme: stress, boundaries, leadership identity or a key relationship.

Ongoing support

A regular, confidential space for people carrying sustained responsibility.

Questions

Before you write.

Is what I share confidential?

Yes. What you share stays between us, within the legal and ethical limits of the profession, which I explain in the first session. You decide whether — and what — you tell your organisation.

Do we only talk about work?

No. Many leaders start with work — pressure, decisions, conflicts — and discover that the same patterns show up at home as well. Whatever matters to you has a place here.

Can we meet online?

Yes. Online sessions can make it easier to fit psychotherapy into a demanding calendar. Mention a few realistic time windows in your first message.

Begin with a private first conversation.

Your message is read only by me. Mention if you prefer online sessions.
